Council Meeting 7/13/21
1. Sunday service- Guests are attending more regularly. Sunday school should start and end on time. Jenn G suggested that worship music is a good cue to start the service. 2. There is a need for back up teachers for children's Sunday school.Tess Gante volunteered to train new sets of teachers namely Gina Mahan, Louder Barraca, Carnation Inong, Donna Roldan. 3. Deacons to assist the Pastor during altar invitation. 4. Temperature check is still needed before entering lanai for Sunday school or the chapel. 5. Review of 5 star treatment. For now, Pastor, Deacon and person who invited the guest/s will do the follow up. 6. Ushers to log in guest name and info through messenger using Google docs ( Connection Card).Hard copies of the guest card to be given to church clerk (Jo) who will send the link through text. 7. MFABC equipment upstairs of the church MBC has to emptied out. Trustees i.e. Randy to make an inventory. 8. Business meetings every 3 months. Next is August 1st and Novembe
