Business Meeting May 18, 2025

 Moderator: Marlon Gante

1. Reading of Minutes : Jo Beltran. The body approved the minutes.

2. Stewardship

    Sally Flores reported that the missing deposits from March 2024 were recovered in the amount of $ 1, 410.

3. Personnel- Randy Beltran

   a. The proposed amount of $5,000 per year or $417 /month as a stipend for Pastor Page Ayalde serving as Associate Pastor was amended. Pastor Page Ayalde will receive $500 /month or $6,000 per year effective today May 18, 2025. This amount will be increased and discussion for increase will be revisited annually.

    b. Pastor Page accepted the position. He shall be under the supervision of Pastor Bong and will work alongside the Deacons. As part of his role, he shall be assisting Pastor Bong, take care of the technology, teaching and shepherding. He will also give a regular report to HR.

4. Pastor Bong made a suggestion for HR to consider making allowance for Micah Abagon for his Youth Ministry.

5. MBC's 50th Anniversary. Church representatives to attend July 5 and July 6th. Tickets for the July 5th event will be shouldered by the church. RSVP due June 1.

6. VBS will be held at FBC of Wahiawa on June 2-6. MFABC to forego having one this year to prepare for Mission trip to the Philippines. The church is encouraged to join Wahiawa or Waipahu church.

7.HCBC 18th Anniversary and possible Ordination of Jun Tubana will be on June 1st. The church will hold service and attend HCBC right after.

8. Missing Members

       The church is grateful to those who are reaching out and praying for missing members.Pastor Bong will write a letter of apology to Rica Kim and family. He will report to the Deacons.

9. MIssion Team

Bong and Tina- June 13- July 18th

Rossanna, Belinda, Donna, Nocasas- June 14th- July 12

Gina- June 15- July 21.

10. Violeta Siapno and Vivian Picat to join small group-.

11. Children church c/o Jamby, Jaydee and Jo in Tina's absence during Mission trip. Rotation of helpers among Youth will assist Kat upstairs.
