 1. The proposed budget is over $ 30 thousand. Total income from last year was $81, 822.31. After some deliberation  the church with the Stewardship team managed to come up with a more achievable budget.

2. We are missing the College and Career group. We need to invest in a Youth Worker who will help build a ministry for College and Career group. Micah Abagon is stepping up to fill the position and will receive $3,600 annually.

3. The body agreed to defer discussions about Pastor Bong's annuity. The church may decide to pay the employer share and the amount or percentage to be given.

4. The body agreed to give a  5 percent salary increase to Pastor Bong and Pastor Page to be given as a lump sum amount at the end of the year.

5. Pastor Bong is highly encouraging each group namely, Women, Men, Youth and Children to prepare their yearly calendar which will include Mission outreach, Evangelistic events and Discipleship ministry of the church.

March-  Youth Project during Spring break ( 3/16-3/20)

               VBS Training

April -   Easter, Men ( 7 Sayings with FBC Wahiawa)

May -  Mother's Day

June - Father's Day, MIssion trips, 

July - VBS towards the last week of July

August

Septtember -  Church Anniversary ( last Sunday)

         Proposed fund raising for Church site Dinner Gala

October - Halleluiah Blast

November - Thanksgiving

December - Christmas

Business Meeting May 18, 2025

 Moderator: Marlon Gante 1. Reading of Minutes : Jo Beltran. The body approved the minutes. 2. Stewardship     Sally Flores reported that the missing deposits from March 2024 were recovered in the amount of $ 1, 410. 3. Personnel- Randy Beltran    a. The proposed amount of $5,000 per year or $417 /month as a stipend for Pastor Page Ayalde serving as Associate Pastor was amended. Pastor Page Ayalde will receive $500 /month or $6,000 per year effective today May 18, 2025. This amount will be increased and discussion for increase will be revisited annually.     b. Pastor Page accepted the position. He shall be under the supervision of Pastor Bong and will work alongside the Deacons. As part of his role, he shall be assisting Pastor Bong, take care of the technology, teaching and shepherding. He will also give a regular report to HR. 4.
