Minutes Business Meeting 05-22-2022

Presiding:  Moderator, Marlon Gante
Attendance:  23 members attended. No Quorum 

1. New members: Robert Tangi. Analyn Ng, Eleanor C.

2. Financial  Statement: January- April

  • Tithes and offering: $21,523
  • Expenses: $13,909
  • Net income: $7,613
  • Balance in Checking: $123,000

3. Sunday School. 

  • The women's Group will divide into 2 groups, young ladies upstairs and the senior group in the lanai.
  • Men's - Danny Catlin encourages more men to actively participate. 
  • Children: Plans for Summer activities and preparing songs for Father's Day.
  • Youth: Meets at Kipapa Park every Friday at 6:30 pm. Joint youth from 6-10 @ Waipahu CC. Planning summer events for youth.

4. Hospitality and Social

  • Will elect ladies to take over 4 boxes of supplies. Luisa Gante - rice. Donna- Lei. Lourdes- coffee and refreshments.

5. Deacon training is still ongoing with Jay, Randy, and Junior Gante.

6.Ministry leaders take note of budget and submit receipts to Jenn G.

7. Missions: Philippines in mid- August

  • school supplies to bless at least 15 schools. At least $3/ child. 100 backpacks  Marlon, 300 Marion.
  • #5 children outreach
  • # train Sta. Barbara Fellowship and plan for the future.

8.VBS at WCC in July.
